Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. In order to cancel your meals, you must either email us at , or contact us by phone (876-399-0290) before 10 am on Wednesday the week of your order, any meals not canceled at or before 10 am Wednesday cannot be canceled, and the member will be responsible for all charges. You won’t be able to use our service again till payment is collected or half payment is made to delete your membership. Monthly plans cannot be canceled once started. Monthly plans will expire in 3 month with out refund. Food not picked up after 3 days will no longer be available, please contact us if there is an issue and we will do our best to accommodate you. Discounts are applied to pre-orders and on members last order in the case of a mistake.
